Production Engineer

Job Description

Purpose:

The incumbent will be responsible for performing primary production tests, physical analysis, and reports in accordance with the JTI quality plan defined in the Quality Management System (QMS) and taking action to minimize production deviations. He/she will be also responsible for executing Quality measuring equipment (QME) calibration and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Providing a safe work environment for shop floor employees and ensuring 5S standards on the shop floor.
• Carrying out all steps to achieve production KPIs, production lines analysis, and providing required reports through required actions to enhance performance KPIs: OEE, reject rate, and downtime decrease.
• Carrying out relevant projects to create knowledge and meet the quantitative and qualitative goals of production.
• Responsible for continuously improving the technical knowledge of production employees and communicating with the team under the supervision of identifying and evaluating their training needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in the same or similar roles.
• Intermediate fluency in English.
• Presentation ability and ability to work with MS Excel and PowerPoint:

2. Data analysis.
3. Graph drawing.
