To apply fundamental benchmark and analysis concepts, practices, and procedures to analyze the projects and business cases and ensure the projects are in accordance with the company's benefit.
To control, recheck, analyze, evaluate, and investigate financially required information related to all business cases and new projects in the company.
Responsibilities:
To liaise with all divisions/departments within MTNIRANCELL on an overall assessment of new projects to source and collate information data necessary for analyzing the financial impact of projects.
To conduct assigned project lifecycle analysis, implementation, and ongoing project evaluation.
To research and evaluate KPIs of companies in the local and international telecoms industry and compare them with MTNIrancell KPIs for projects.
To control and check the financial model of the company’s projects to ensure the reasonableness and completeness of the proposed model.
To follow up on project progress during its life cycle, compare the actual performance with the project business case, and report it to management.
To support project owners by supplying financial information or financial models as required.
To negotiate with related divisions/teams (NWG, ITS) to clarify the CAPEX amount for each project.
To review and analyze divisional project requests and make recommendations for modifications in the financial aspect.
To analyze projects' financial performance, share the result with other divisions respond to queries from divisions regarding project-related problems, try to find out reasons for issues faced, and recommend solutions.
To assist management in presenting all accepted projects to other planning teams to ensure all finance planning involvement to create financial models and do analysis for projects based on request.
To prepare and deliver status financial reports on products and resources required for successful implementation/launch and completion of projects.
To conduct big data analysis and provide a dashboard regarding product profitability and subscriber status.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Financial Management, Economics, or Accounting.
At least 3 years of project control, financial, or finance-related experience.
