We at AMAJ Capital, a private equity firm, seek a Project Management Office (PMO) Specialist. This position is located in Tehran, Farmaniyeh. In this role, you should focus on planning, monitoring, documenting, maintaining, and presenting project information for the company’s ongoing and developmental projects.

Some of the Main Tasks:
Supporting the business development manager in managing projects.
Reporting and monitoring project's performance.
Project quality assurance.
Effective documentation.
Analyzing current project management processes and providing suggestions for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborating with various departments to ensure access to necessary project resources.
Requirements:
At least a Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
At least 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience in investment companies is an advantage.
Abilities:
Software: Proficiency in one specialized software in this field, preferably Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
Office Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, adherence to administrative hierarchy, and a process-based approach.
Task Management Skills: Ability to coordinate and complete assigned tasks on time with correct prioritization.
Presentation Skills: Ability to prepare and present managerial reports to the managers.
Non-Specialized Skills: Basic knowledge of English, problem-solving skills, willingness to learn, and creativity.
Attention to the Details: High accuracy to ensure the precision and quality of documents, reports, and processes.
