Job Description
Sabah Industries Group is looking for an experienced project manager (oil refinery) to lead and supervise the construction, installation, and operation of oil refining process equipment and production of petroleum products projects in Bandar Abbas. This role is a senior management level position and key responsibilities include project management, structural design and analysis, and team leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the planning and execution of oil refinery projects from inception to completion.
- Oversee the installation of oil structures ensuring safety and quality compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Utilize AutoCAD, ANSYS, SAP2000, and ETABS for design and structural analysis.
- Develop innovative solutions to engineering challenges through static and dynamic analysis.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.
- Ensure rigorous adherence to industry standards and environmental regulations.
Requirements:
- A degree in Chemical Engineering (all majors).
- Proven experience in managing large-scale oil refinery projects within the FMCG industry.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, ANSYS, SAP2000, and ETABS.
- Expertise in structural design and analysis.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to perform static and dynamic analysis.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
