Ensuring the project quality, compliance, and alignment with organizational standards and goals.
Providing administrative and logistical support.
These activities are essential for creating proposals, plans, schedules, budgets, reports, presentations, organizing meetings, events, travel, and resources. Furthermore, it's necessary to escalate any issues as needed.
