Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for assisting the project manager or leader with various tasks related to the project life cycle, such as conducting research and analysis to identify the project scope.
  • Preparing and updating project documents.
  • Communicating and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Tracking and reporting on the project progress, performance, and issues.
  • Ensuring the project quality, compliance, and alignment with organizational standards and goals.
  • Providing administrative and logistical support.

These activities are essential for creating proposals, plans, schedules, budgets, reports, presentations, organizing meetings, events, travel, and resources. Furthermore, it's necessary to escalate any issues as needed.

Note: 

  • New graduates are given the necessary training to learn the skills.

  • Project management skills, analytical skills, communication skills, organizational skills, and interpersonal skills.
  • Understand project management methodologies, tools, and best practices and be able to apply them to different projects and situations.
  • Able to collect, organize, and interpret data and information to support decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Able to communicate effectively with various audiences using various modes and formats as well as listen and respond to feedback and queries.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks and projects while managing their time and resources efficiently.
  • Able to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders while building positive relationships.

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (preferably Power Systems).
  • Graduates of reputable universities have priority for employment.

Familiar with:

  • Principles of high voltage substations construction.
  • Invoices preparation.
  • Writing official correspondence.
  • Claim management.
  • Principles of negotiation.
  • MSP.

Proficient in:

  • Microsoft Office.
  • Project planning.
  • Project progress preparation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
