Lead the PR media planning, strategy, control, and execution procedures
Manage MTNIrancell's reputation by preparing a proper media strategy and collaborating with all divisions to maintain the company's corporate image and identity in the media.
Ensure all MTNIrancell materials in media, including advertisements, as per PR matters, are aligned with corporate awareness program and strategy.
Lead the engagement with related stakeholders to meet MTN Irancell PR requirements on content production by the PR’s media content team.
Lead the production of MTN Irancell's official media releases and customized PR content, statements, and releases based on the targeted media by the PR’s media content team.
Lead the production of required MTN Irancell public relations response texts to media queries and reports, by the PR’s media content team.
Lead the preparation of the publishing plan of media content by the media relations team and ensure full appliance of the plan.
Lead the public media relations negotiations and media relations contracts to reach the targets of the public relations media outreach plan.
Analyze and measure the results of PR programs and campaigns and take the necessary corrective actions.
Act as the primary point of contact in the event of a media crisis committee according to the procedure and manage to follow up the agreed actions.
Manage the PR team’s budget based on CA approvals and internal financial processes, ensuring fiscal responsibility and strategic investment in public relations initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Communications (Public Relations, Journalism, or related fields), a Master's degree in Communications, or an MBA degree.
Fluent in English.
At least 8 years of experience in public relations.
Experience managing a team in a medium to large size organization.
Experience managing a PR team.
Experience working in a news media editorial is a plus.
Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and trends.
Experience in Media event management.
Telecom understanding at an intermediate level.
Project management.
Cross-functional role relationships and networking experience.
