Responsibilities:

• Organize and facilitate events that promote company culture and employee engagement.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication and culture initiatives, making adjustments as necessary.
• Act as a liaison between employees and management to voice needs and concerns regarding company culture.

Requirements:
