Negotiate price, quantity, and delivery schedules with domestic and foreign suppliers.
Manage the forecasting process of credit opening, transportation and clearance of goods, product order registration program, ensuring the full implementation of regulations and bylaws of international transactions, management of goods entry costs, and coordination with the production planning and material control unit.
Identify suppliers in foreign industrial markets for ordering and purchasing new materials, equipment, and parts negotiating with foreign suppliers, managing the process of clearing foreign exchange obligations, and ensuring the compliance of foreign trade activities with the laws and regulations of the country's government departments.
Work with legal counsel to ensure that all contracts relating to product procurement contain all details of the negotiation.

Review processes and deliverables ensuring a high standard service level with a continuous improvement focus.
Source and interview vendors to negotiate contracts and costs.
Hold biddings from A to Z steps.
Monitor the progress of orders.
Evaluate purchases to ensure compliance with departmental and company policies and procedures.
Set supplier KPIs, review and assess the ongoing performance of suppliers, and communicate goals with suppliers.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Proven successful experience of more than 5 years as a procurement/purchasing manager or in a similar position.
Experience in procurement processes, supplying, price analysis, or related fields such as forecast analysis, production, and manufacturing.
Advanced knowledge of local purchasing and foreign purchasing and import procedures.
Advanced understanding of cost structures, finance mechanisms, trading and customs regulations, and supply chain management.
Capable of facilitating standard SLAs with internal stakeholders and service providers.
Advanced knowledge of ERP.
Proficiency in Turkish is preferred, and at least English proficiency is required.
Ability to work both individually and as part of a management team at all levels.
