As we continue this journey, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. In this key leadership role, you will play a vital part in establishing, developing, and overseeing SanaPharmed’s Quality Assurance systems. By ensuring full compliance with GMP requirements and regulatory standards, you will contribute significantly to maintaining and continuously enhancing the quality of our products while supporting SanaPharmed’s mission of improving patient health and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and oversee Quality Assurance systems in accordance with GMP requirements and the regulations of the Food and Drug Administration
• Monitor the proper implementation of quality processes across Production, Quality Control, and Warehouse departments
• Plan and conduct internal audits and collaborate with regulatory authorities during inspections and external audits
• Oversee the development, maintenance, and proper documentation of the Quality Management System
• Participate in the evaluation and qualification of suppliers of raw materials and services
• Plan, organize, and manage processes that directly or indirectly impact product quality and safety
• Supervise the preparation, revision, and implementation of organizational documents including SOPs, guidelines, policies, and work instructions
• Design and manage validation systems including Cleaning Validation and Process Validation
• Conduct and manage periodic internal audits, prepare reports, and ensure effective follow‑up and closure of non‑conformities
• Monitor the performance, calibration, and reliability of monitoring and measuring equipment as well as critical production equipment.

Job Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of GMP requirements and regulatory guidelines of the Food and Drug Administration
• Proven experience in implementing and managing Quality Assurance systems within the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong leadership, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance within pharmaceutical companies
