Job Description

Purpose:
The incumbent is responsible for performing quality control activities by effectively implementing, analyzing, and taking preventive and corrective actions in accordance with company requirements and standards. This includes leading the ISO Quality Management System to ensure that products and services consistently meet customer requirements and that quality is consistently improved. Additionally, they have the authority to return products and stop the production line in coordination with the production supervisor. They are also responsible for releasing or rejecting held products when the quality control manager is not present in the factory according to defined standards.

Responsibilities:
*Daily analysis and reporting of all internal sourced product visual and physical quality data and plan/support the corrective and preventive actions.
*Support to deliver annual KPIs commitments related to SERVICE (Right Quality, Time and Cost) with a sense of AGILITY while identifying and following up on areas for improvement.
Controlling the performance of shift supervisors with the aim of eliminating defective products by taking countermeasures for small events (A & B defects), quality incidents and warnings and efforts to reduce quality issues in order to achieve customer complaint KPI goals.

Active participation in the implementation of new systems, especially the implementation (Q-Sens / Quality Pillar) and positive participation in DDS meetings, ensuring the implementation and correct implementation of quality DMS (QIE SWP (Quality Alerts, QRPN, PDM) / Q-BOS)
Ensuring the use of the system and standard tools defined in order to carry out the processes correctly (such as Quality Trigger), the correct training of the team members regarding the new system and new working methods implemented and the detailed description of DMS.

Accountable to Product Sampling Management (incl. Spec)
*This position is responsible to follow-up QUIP activities, to investigate source of nonconformities in line with Quality Manual and QUIP procedure.
*Support of QIMS as a power user and updating the changes.
*Preparing required reports to support primary and secondary.

*Accountable to coordinate technical capability programs for QC instruments: Collaborative Study, Cross-checks as requested by Global QA or Regional Factories.
*Preparing PQS reports & quality KPI & PQI reports (Weekly & Monthly)
*Responsible to coordinate of prototype productions within the QC shifts.
*Preparing training documents and plan for refreshment training.

*Accountable for the Quality Manual Updates Coordination,
*Department ISO Management System and 5S3R.
*Annual Department Budget APSP activities
*Managing the creation of personnel performance goals (annual PO and PR) and evaluating people and holding feedback meetings in order to describe the strengths and weaknesses of employees and create individual and team improvement programs.
