Job Description

  • Lead and manage the organization’s quality management system at a macro level.
  • Set policies, and objectives, and provide direction for quality management units to ensure alignment between these units and other units to achieve organizational quality goals.
  • Design and plan improvement projects, enhance quality processes and monitor their progress.
  • Establish communication and engagement with all internal and external stakeholders, providing effective and actionable plans to meet requirements, address needs, fulfill expectations, and enhance stakeholders’ perceptions in various quality aspects, maintaining the leader of the market in producing high-quality products.
  • Propose innovative and effective solutions using modern tools to improve productivity, and continuously enhance quality performance, and quality culture through interaction with other key organizational units to achieve the vision of the organization’s quality pillar.
  • Lead agile and smart process and quality systems while ensuring compliance with legal and quality standards.
  • Identify and manage risks and opportunities correctly across the organization, offering effective and executable plans.
  • Manage crises by providing executable plans to ensure business continuity during quality-related crises.
  • Ensure the organization’s constant readiness for internal and external quality inspections.
  • Manage the accurate flow of information, and provide complete, up-to-date reports on risks, opportunities, crises, and key quality issues in the industrial unit to the executive committee, CEO, and group directors, along with necessary solutions and recommendations.
  • Empower, and develop the quality management departments’ personnel by identifying and prioritizing their training needs.
  • Establish objectives, indicators, and plans for the company’s quality management, leading trends, processes, and comprehensive projects across all quality management units.
  • Create the necessary environment for the best team performance by allocating resources, forecasting budgets, and obtaining necessary approvals to facilitate activities and complete projects.
  • Evaluate the performance of quality management managers, follow up on improvement areas, and propose effective solutions to achieve organizational quality objectives.
  • Serve as a member of the company’s executive committee as the highest decision-making member managing ongoing organizational affairs under the CEO’s management.
