Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Sales and Marketing Supervisor(Diabetes therapeutic area) to lead, support, and develop our commercial team while ensuring strong execution of marketing plans across the assigned territory.

The Sales and Marketing Supervisor will play a key role in driving sales growth, optimizing market presence, strengthening brand positioning, and building professional relationships with healthcare stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and surpass sales targets.

Supervise the implementation of marketing strategies and ensure alignment with overall brand plans.

Conduct regular field visits to monitor performance, provide feedback, and identify training needs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and institutions.

Analyze sales trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Collaborate closely with marketing, medical affairs, and supply chain to support product launches and promotional activities.

Organize and oversee marketing events, scientific meetings, workshops, and promotional campaigns.

Ensure full compliance with company policies, codes of ethics, and industry regulations.

Prepare and deliver accurate reports on team performance, market insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, business administration, life sciences, or related fields.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

Proven track record of achieving sales objectives.

Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and analytical skills.

Excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities with healthcare professionals.

Solid understanding of pharmaceutical marketing, market access dynamics, and customer segmentation.

Proficiency in data analysis, CRM systems, and digital sales/marketing tools.

Fluent in English and the local language, both written and spoken.

Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territories.
