At Novo Nordisk Pars in Tehran, the position of Receptionist provides you the opportunity to work in a high-performing team and contribute directly towards the business results while creating value for the people with diabetes.

The position:

As a receptionist at Novo Nordisk Pars, you will:

  • First point of contact for all guests and customers, ensuring professional and courteous handling of inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Establishes and maintains an effective filing system for all correspondences and documents received by and sent from reception.
  • Organizes stationery maintains the cleanliness of the reception area and meeting rooms, and conducts regular security checks throughout the day.
  • Manages office deliveries and related expenses, reporting maintenance issues promptly and overseeing emergency evacuations when necessary.
  • Manages flower basket orders for new employees, oversees switchboard operations, and efficiently handles incoming and outgoing communications.
  • Administrative support for the people and organization team.

Requirements:

To be successful in this position you have to:

  • A diploma and at least 2 years of work experience as a receptionist preferably in an international company.
  • Proactive, self-organized independent, and able to deal with difficult clients or customers.
  • Good teamwork, managing priorities, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office package and fluency in English.
  • Pro-active, self-organized, fast, prompt, and independent.
