Job Description

The regional sales manager is responsible for providing leadership, expertise, and professional advice on whole sales and retail sales matters to support the company’s business objectives with the appropriate sales strategy. The RSM will be accountable for Azarbayjan-East, Azarbayjan-West, Ardebil, Kurdestan, Zanjan, Hamedan, Kermanshah, Lorestan, and Ilam.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead a motivated sales team to achieve challenging targets and profit margins.
  • Establish and enforce sales business plans (retail expansion, implementing sub-distributors or new distributors) and promotional strategies to increase the sales indexes.
  • Provide input for the development of incentive plans for the sales team to encourage and reward efforts and revenues.
  • Provide high-level sales support for retail and wholesale channels to foster mutually beneficial relationships
  • Manage executive-level accounts requiring executive-level consideration.
  • Monthly market visits and meeting distributors to provide required insight and commitment as and when required
  • Train staff to ensure that the department has the necessary Sales skill base to maximize staff motivation, potential, and contribution to the target achievement of the company.
  • Collaborate with the sales director on sales plans and budgets to meet the company's corporate goals.
  • Develop, recommend, and implement policies and procedures that provide for effective workflows and facilitate the achievement of business plans and objectives.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or Marketing.

Experience:

  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in sales and business development, with a strong knowledge of the FMCG market with at least 3 years of managerial experience.
  • Locating in Tabriz is an advantage.
