Job Description

  • Overseeing research and development projects within the computer and mobile accessories technology and related products.
  • Leading a team of researchers and engineers to innovate and improve audiovisual products and gaming accessories
  • Developing strategies for product enhancement and technological advancement.
  • Collaborating with other departments to integrate research findings into product design and development processes.
  • Monitoring industry trends and technological advancements to ensure the company remains competitive.
  • Managing the budget and resources allocated to research and development initiatives.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards in product development.
  • Evaluating the performance of research projects and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to team members to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Reporting progress and findings to upper management and stakeholders.

Requirements

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's or preferably Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Acoustics, or a related field.

Work Experience:

  • Three years of supervisory experience in research and development in mobile accessories; computers and audio and video products.

Technical Skills:

  • Overall technical knowledge of electrical accessories and products.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools.

Research and Development Expertise:

  • Proven experience in leading research and development projects.
  • History of successful research and implementation of product resourcing in the computer or mobile category.

Team Coaching Skills and Teamwork Spirit:

  • Strong leadership qualities to guide and inspire a team of researchers and engineers.
  • Effective project management skills, including budgeting and resource allocation.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges in product development.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Excellent communication skills to negotiate technical and business subjects with foreign suppliers and also other teams in the company.
