This role requires the ability to lead a team, provide quality customer service, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate must have the ability to analyze financial data, plan tasks and execute marketing activities.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the entire restaurant's performance and guaranteeing quality service.
- Managing and directing a team of restaurant employees to achieve organizational goals.
- Planning and implementation of marketing and advertising strategies.
- Analyzing financial data and preparing regular financial reports.
- Communicating with customers and solving their problems.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in the restaurant industry.
- Managing optimal resources to increase productivity.
- Implementing training activities and developing employees' skills.
Requirements:
- A degree in Management, Business, or Food Industry Engineering.
- Strong skills in numerical reasoning and problem-solving.
- Excellent leadership and time management skills.
- Interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to the restaurant industry.
