Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the reverse logistics team, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Monitor team performance and conduct regular evaluations.
- Oversee the daily operations of the reverse logistics and return to the seller department.
- Develop and implement return policies and procedures.
- Implement a customer feedback process to improve reverse logistics services.
- Coordinate with vendors and other departments to ensure seamless return processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze service data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in reverse logistics.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree directly related to supply chain/reverse logistics experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in reverse logistics/supply chain and warehousing.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Farsi.
- Analytical skills to assess performance data and make informed decisions.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
