Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough reviews of all company processes and functions
- Assess and score the operational risk associated with each process
- Identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Implement risk management strategies and monitor their effectiveness
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure processes are aligned with company goals and regulatory requirements
- Prepare and present reports on risk assessments and process improvements to senior management
- Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory changes related to operational risk management and process improvement
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance (Auditing, Accounting, or Financial Management), Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 6 to 7 years of experience in operational risk management and process improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with risk management software and analytical tools.
- Professional certifications in risk management or process improvement (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) are a plus.
