Risk Management Specialist

Job Description

• Developing and implementing risk management frameworks and strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Preparing and presenting risk reports and regulatory bodies, providing insights into potential risks and recommended actions.
• Staying abreast of regulatory changes and industry trends, adapting risk management practices to address evolving risks.
• Collaboration with organizational units to assess the probability and impact of risks.
• Collaboration with organizational units to present ideas and plans for risk mitigation and prevention.
• Designing and implementing effective risk control solutions
• Proposing practical and strategic solutions to mitigate financial, operational, and project-related risks
• Participating in the design and implementation of risk management programs for new projects and continuously monitoring their effectiveness.
• Preparing and presenting comprehensive reports on risk assessments and process improvement plans to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance (Auditing, Accounting, or Financial Management), Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in operational risk management or internal audit.
• Certification in Risk management/risk assessment or similar is preferred
• Familiarity with risk assessment models.
• Expert in ISO 31000 and COSO ERM standards, with an understanding of COBIT 2019 and COBIT 5 for risk.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 is a valuable asset.
• Proficiency in English for research and development.
