Actively participate in the development and refinement of business continuity and disaster recovery plans, ensuring their alignment with technology and IT requirements.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data backup and recovery systems are robust and resilient.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Industrial Management, Business Administration, IT), or equivalent work experience.
Knowledge of risk management, ERM, BCM as well as familiarity with relevant standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, ISO 22301).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to assess and prioritize risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate collaboration and reporting.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to risk identification and mitigation.
Ability to work in a team and engage with stakeholders from different departments.
Coursework in relevant areas such as Certified Risk Management (CRM), and Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) demonstrating a commitment to ongoing professional development.
Knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure, data protection, and disaster recovery planning is advantageous.
At least 3 years of experience in payment systems companies or banking experience.
