Sales Accountant

Job Description

• Pricing of products in accordance with the regulations of the pharmaceutical industry.
• Daily review of product margins and provision of related reports.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to sales performance.
• Analyze sales data and provide insights to management regarding trends and forecasts.
• Oversee the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
• Work closely with the sales team to resolve any billing discrepancies or customer inquiries.
• Partner with the sales team to provide financial guidance and support for sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial records and reporting.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the sales accounting function.
• Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, or Finance.
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on sales accounting or revenue recognition.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Rahkaran System) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in written English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
