Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage export activities, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Prepare and process documentation for export transactions, maintaining accuracy and clarity.
- Communicate effectively with international clients and stakeholders to provide outstanding customer service.
- Assist in developing and executing strategies to expand into new markets.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to Incoterms in all transactions to protect company interests.
- Liaise with logistics and shipping providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
Requirements:
- Proficient in English; knowledge of Arabic and Russian is considered an advantage.
- Familiar with export laws and Incoterms regulations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
