Sales and Marketing Expert

Job Description

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers.
• Collaborate with the design team to promote the brand and attract new customers.
• Prepare sales reports and present them to management.
• Use various software to prepare presentations and documentation.
• Contact new and existing customers for telephone sales.
• Develop and expand sales proposals.
• Record sales records and provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Review and monitor competitors, market conditions, and product development.
• Hold negotiation meetings and conclude contracts with real or legal customers (contract arrangement).
• Issue proforma invoices and service invoices for customers, record and follow up on customer sales contracts.
• Record customer information in CRM and related systems.
• Provide periodic reports to the sales manager.

Cooperation Terms:

• Workplace: Sadeghieh - Abazar Blvd.
• Working hours and days: Saturday to Wednesday from 8:30 am to 5 pm; Thursday from 8:30 am to 1 pm.

Requirements:

• Age range: 25 to 40 years old. 
• Ability to use software tools such as Word, Excel, ICDL, Photoshop, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate and negotiate with customers.
• Relevant education or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with marketing and sales concepts.
• Ability to work in a team and manage time.
• Strong presentation skills and verbal fluency, telephone and in-person negotiation techniques, and company persuasion.
• At least five years of experience in marketing and sales.
• Proficient in selling and marketing services and products (by telephone and in person).
• Ability to plan and schedule sales activities.
• Familiarity with how to visit exhibitions and gather information from them.
• Management skills in critical situations.
• Ability to follow up on projects until they are completed.
