Prepare distribution (daily sales reports, dashboards, etc.) at regular time intervals and on request by the manager.
Track and update all trends changes, and update the line manager, prepare visibility for the line manager via dashboards.
Ensure the proper usage of common file storage, execute regular checks & publish reports.
Drive proper development, implementation, and evaluation-specific tools (activation plan and cycles).
Make observations from the trade marketing and distribution reports for BUs/regions and share these observations with related managers.
Perform regular reports asked by the managers which fulfill the instant needs as well as inform related directors by performing different analyses.
Proactively provide stakeholders with actionable insights through analysis of data/trends especially in campaign launches, price changes, or other trade activity situations.
Request through providing any support required in training/advice on BI system.
Automate the reports and updates of FFIS.
Prepare needed reports and visibility on Sales activation program implementation and budget management.
Requirements:
Good command of written and spoken English.
Good communication skills, team-oriented, good influencing skills.
Good Power BI skills and SQL knowledge are a plus.
