Communicate the reports and received e-mails with the sales team while they are not available to reply and follow up.
Make documents filing and mail clerk administration.
Be in contact with the sales team to communicate received orders.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for each region/area.
Provide reports to upper-level managers about the administration jobs in the region.
Arrange travel, booking tickets, accommodation, transport, and arranging for required. foreign currency for the higher-level manager and his fellow travelers.
Do the required search for the higher-level manager request.
Execute requested jobs by the higher-level manager.
Requirements
Fluent in Turkish (Istanbul) and English.
MS Office proficiency.
Excellent communication and organization skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Strong problem-solving attitude.
Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties.
