Job Description

  • Communicate the reports and received e-mails with the sales team while they are not available to reply and follow up.
  • Make documents filing and mail clerk administration.
  • Be in contact with the sales team to communicate received orders.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for each region/area.
  • Provide reports to upper-level managers about the administration jobs in the region.
  • Arrange travel, booking tickets, accommodation, transport, and arranging for required. foreign currency for the higher-level manager and his fellow travelers.
  • Do the required search for the higher-level manager request.
  • Execute requested jobs by the higher-level manager.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Turkish (Istanbul) and English.
  • MS Office proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude.
  • Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties.
  • Friendly and professional manner.
  • Teamwork spirit.
