Job Description
Job Purpose:
Planning, leading, and controlling sales activities in order to increase market share, grow revenue, and expand the sales network for home appliance products.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop the annual sales strategy for the Pakshoma brand and align it with the company’s overall strategic objectives.
Design regional sales structures, sales channels, and distribution policies.
Manage, lead, and evaluate the performance of regional sales managers and sales teams.
Set sales targets, budgets, and sales incentive programs.
Continuously monitor the market, competitors, and customer behavior to refine and adjust sales strategies.
Develop and improve CRM processes and strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, and retail partners.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing and MarCom departments to align advertising and promotional campaigns with sales goals.
Supervise pricing strategies, discount policies, and credit terms in the market.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain and production teams for effective supply planning.
Analyze sales data, prepare management reports, and provide recommendations for market development.
