Here are the key accountabilities:
• Manage calendar of Sales Director including missions and other meetings
• Manage market visits and foreign travels of Sales Director including ticket, accomodation , ...
• Arrange meetings of Sales team within company or with distributers
• Monitor all visit plans of Sales team and take required action when needed including approval on ticket, prepare plan of RSMs, ...
• Translate all communications for Sales Director when needed
• Follow up distributer payment on daily basis
• Follow up all matters related to bank garantees including renewing or expansion of garantees
• Assist Sales Director in unblocking process of distributer orders
• Coordinate information and tasks between the Sales Director and teams
