Job Description

  • Organize appointments and meetings with community and hospital-based healthcare staff.
  • Handle both field indoor and outdoor activities for visits and more negotiation with potential customers.
  • Research and visit potential customers in a related area.
  • Follow-up and close opportunities.
  • Providing pre-sales information to customers.
  • Represent the company and its products at marketing events.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Demonstrate or present products to healthcare staff including doctors and nurses.
  • Undertake relevant research.
  • Meet both the business and scientific needs of healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain detailed records.
  • Write reports and other documents.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar job group (medical equipment industry).
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding the principles of sales.
  • Teamwork capability.
  • Aware of negotiating contracts.
  • Energetic and passionate about sales.
  • Advanced degree in a related field.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Familiar with Internet and computer skills.
  • Advanced in English (spoken, written, etc.).
  • Gender preference: Female/Male.
  • Ideal age range: 25 to 45 years old.
