Job Description
• Determination and implementation of requirements in line with national and international legislation and standards regarding Occupational Health, Safety and Environment and in-company standards,
• Fulfilling the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Law and all relevant regulations,
• Ensuring the requirements within the scope of the Environmental Law and the regulations related to this Law,
• Planning occupational health and safety and environmental training to be given to employees in accordance with the relevant legislation, providing the training and reporting the results,
• Conducting risk analyses, planning the measures to be taken and monitoring the implementation,
Preparing an emergency plan, organizing and reporting drills,
• Investigating the causes of near misses, environmental, work accidents and occupational diseases that occur and making recommendations on measures to be taken to prevent recurrence,
• Carrying out surveillance of the working environment (field inspections),
• Planning the periodic maintenance, control and measurements required to be carried out in the workplace in accordance with the occupational health and safety legislation and checking the applications,
• Conducting inspections of subcontractors/subcontractors in terms of occupational health and safety, and providing guidance to contractor companies when necessary.
Profile Features:
• Preferably graduated from the Faculty of Engineering or Occupational Health and Safety departments of universities,
• Possesses Occupational Safety Expertise certificate,
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation,
• Took an active role in field applications in production facilities,
• High communication and training skills and tendency to teamwork,
• Successful in human relations and strong verbal and written communication skills,
• Harmonious in teamwork,
• Preferably experienced in applying lean production tools,
• Preferably have an Environmental Officer certificate,
• Knowledge of dangerous goods legislation,
• No travel restrictions,
• Have an active driver's license,
• Preferably experienced in environmental management activities,
• For male candidates, those who have completed their military service.
