Job Description

  • Prepare sales action plans and strategies for lubricants.
  • Schedule sales activity.
  • Develop and maintain a customer database.
  • Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials.
  • Make sales calls in-person visits and presentations to new and existing clients.
  • Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients.
  • Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically, or in person.
  • Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
  • Follow up on sales activity.
  • Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
  • Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up with management.
  • Participate in sales events.
  • Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product/market development.
  • Travel requirements: regular within Iran.
  • Desired start date: ASAP.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, or related fields
  • Age range: 25 to 40 years old.
  • At least 3 years of experience in professional sales and marketing preferably in the lubricant/oil business.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and job-oriented person.
  • Creative, reliable, motivated, energetic with a team work spirit.
  • Good knowledge of English, MS Office, and trade negotiations.
