Job Description

  • Provide customer service and answer their questions.
  • Manage and track customer orders.
  • Perform administrative duties related to sales.
  • Update sales reports.
  • Prepare suitable presentations for products and services.
  • Check data and prepare reports in the field of sales.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve better results.
  • Manage support phone calls.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of work experience as a sales expert.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Work experience in selling mobile phones and electronics is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Relative proficiency in English.
  • Motivated, persistent, and active.
  • Effective communication ability and high communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Marketing, or Management; an MBA degree is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Sepidar System is a priority.
  • Strong command of Excel
  • Intermediate English proficiency (for understanding correspondence and reports)
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and a focus on high-quality delivery.
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop in the role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Result-oriented personality.
