Job Description

  • Identify and attract new customers while maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct sales negotiations, follow up on the sales process, and manage customer objections.
  • Record and update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze market trends.
  • Provide daily and quarterly reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve sales strategies.
  • Monitor competitors and suggest competitive solutions.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 to 3 years of sales experience.
  • Basic knowledge of spare parts and industrial equipment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Familiarity with sales principles, marketing, and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to plan, follow up, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Excel.
  • Team-oriented mindset with high adaptability and flexibility.
  • Experience in both in-person and telephone sales.
