Job Description

  • Maintain sales records and prepare reports.
  • Monitor market conditions, products, prices and competitor sales.
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with bitumen product customers and assist customers.
  • Support and collaborate with organizational units in forecasting, ordering and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Estimate prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, as well as estimate delivery dates in coordination with the procurement and transportation unit.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies targeting potential customers and key industry players.
  • Provide product samples and catalogs to customers.
  • Prepare sales contract order forms and other sales documents.
  • Negotiate contract and payment details.
  • Prepare plans, estimates and proposals that meet specific customer needs.
  • Obtain credit information on potential customers.
  • Add value to customers by providing technical information about the organization's products and identifying solutions that will increase volume or profit margins.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analysis and need analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Achieve agreed sales goals and results within the organization's planning framework.
  • Coordinate activities with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze market potential, monitor sales, and report on status.
  • Utilize best practices and advertising trends.
  • Analyze trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance.
  • Create and present regular performance reports to managers.
  • Represent the company at relevant industry events, conferences, and trade shows to increase brand visibility and networking opportunities.
  • Implement and adhere to company policies and procedures.
