Sales Expert

Job Description

• Communicating with distribution and sales centers or product sales agents.
• Telephone negotiations with customers and guiding them.
• Face-to-face negotiations with customers to introduce products and services.
• Establishing telephone or face-to-face communication with customers during the contract period until the delivery of products and services.
• Recording customer telephone requests in the relevant form and assessing their feasibility before committing to the customer.
• Preparing sales contracts for customers in coordination with management and sending them to customers.
• Submitting reports of visits and meetings held with customers to the sales manager regularly.
• Receiving customer feedback, recording, and handling them.
• Cooperating in identifying sales agents and marketers.
• Updating the list of sales agents and marketers.
• Preparing reports on the performance of sales agents and informing the sales manager of the results.

Requirements:

• Experience in the home appliance industry is required.
• Ability to issue invoices, issue goods, and follow up on sales and returns.
• High public and social relations.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Ability to prepare and present reports.
• Ability to negotiate sales.
• Age range: 18 to 35 years old.
• Gender preference: Male.
• Completion of military service or exemption from it is required.
