Sales Expert

Job Description

At Kermanshah Printing and Packaging Industries Development Company, we are seeking a skilled sales expert who is customer-oriented and capable of attracting and retaining clients, conducting effective negotiations, and following up on sales processes until the final delivery of orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-person and phone sales meetings
• Provide consultation to clients on selecting the type of printing, packaging, grammage, dimensions, and technical product specifications
• Receive inquiries, calculate pricing, and issue pro forma invoices
• Follow up on order status from registration to final delivery
• Maintain effective communication with the design, production, warehouse, and finance departments to coordinate projects
• Prepare sales reports and conduct market analysis
