Job Description

Job Title: Sales Specialist (Branch Focused);
Work Location: Head Office (with continuous communication with branches);

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and monitoring the implementation of sales goals for all drug distribution branches.
  • Communicating suppliers’ monthly sales promotions and plans to branches.
  • Acting as a liaison and facilitator of communication between branches and headquarters.
  • Preparing and presenting daily, weekly, and monthly analytical reports on branch performance in order to promote sales and raise awareness of strengths and weaknesses.
  • Daily monitoring of sales goal achievement at the marketer and branch level and providing feedback to relevant managers.
  • Reviewing and reporting on the extent to which the sales plan complies with actual implementation for each branch.
  • Holding weekly online or telephone meetings with branch heads to provide performance reports and suggest improvement strategies.
  • Suggesting sales process improvement plans and programs to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with sales processes and terminology.
  • High ability to communicate effectively and identify customer needs.
  • Teamwork spirit and constructive interaction with different units.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel and Word.
  • Ability to prepare and analyze various sales-related reports.
  • Familiarity with the principles of performance evaluation and administrative correspondence.
  • Relevant work experience in pharmaceutical distribution companies (considered an advantage).
