Job Title: Sales Specialist (Branch Focused); Work Location: Head Office (with continuous communication with branches);
Responsibilities:
Planning and monitoring the implementation of sales goals for all drug distribution branches.
Communicating suppliers’ monthly sales promotions and plans to branches.
Acting as a liaison and facilitator of communication between branches and headquarters.
Preparing and presenting daily, weekly, and monthly analytical reports on branch performance in order to promote sales and raise awareness of strengths and weaknesses.
Daily monitoring of sales goal achievement at the marketer and branch level and providing feedback to relevant managers.
Reviewing and reporting on the extent to which the sales plan complies with actual implementation for each branch.
Holding weekly online or telephone meetings with branch heads to provide performance reports and suggest improvement strategies.
Suggesting sales process improvement plans and programs to senior management.
Requirements:
Familiarity with sales processes and terminology.
High ability to communicate effectively and identify customer needs.
Teamwork spirit and constructive interaction with different units.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel and Word.
Ability to prepare and analyze various sales-related reports.
Familiarity with the principles of performance evaluation and administrative correspondence.
Relevant work experience in pharmaceutical distribution companies (considered an advantage).
