About Us:

Narvan Eco Tour is one of the leading companies in group tours in and outside the country. We are expanding our team and are looking for a domestic and international tour sales expert with knowledge and experience in tourism who can effectively communicate with travelers and answer their questions.

Roles:

• Answering phone calls and advising on choosing a destination and planning a trip.
• Guiding travelers to choose the right tours according to their needs and interests.
• Providing up-to-date and accurate information about travel conditions, costs, tour programs, tourist attractions, and other details.
• Recording and following up on customer requests in the company's internal system.
• Managing traveler information and monitoring the follow-up of matters related to their trips.
• Resolving travelers' problems and concerns effectively and accurately.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in Tourism or related fields).
• Knowledge of various tourism destinations and travel-related services (tickets, hotels, tours, etc.).
• Work experience in customer service, sales, or consulting (preferably in the tourism industry).
• Familiarity with domestic and international tourism destinations.
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with customers via telephone and other communication channels.
• Ability to converse on the telephone and in person.
• Familiarity with computers and travel services software.
• Accuracy, patience, and the ability to solve various customer issues.
• Ability to work as a team and collaborate effectively with other team members.
• Service-oriented, customer-oriented, and attention to detail.
