Responsibilities:
- Drive the sales team to achieve company sales objectives by setting clear goals and ensuring these are met.
- Design and implement strategic sales plans that expand the company’s customer base, increase market share, and ensure a strong presence in the industry.
- Recruit, set objectives, coach, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales representatives to maximize their potential and performance.
- Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships by identifying their needs, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Regularly present sales, revenue, and expense reports to the management team, providing accurate and realistic forecasts based on data and trends.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging markets, and competitor activities to adjust strategies and keep the company ahead of the curve.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in e-commerce, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong experience in building, managing, and coaching a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data to inform decision-making.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
