Job Description

As the sales manager for our Honeywell Division, you will drive revenue growth, foster
strategic client relationships, and lead customer engagements in the GCC region. Reporting directly to the division head, you will develop and implement sales strategies, oversee client accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow Honeywell's market share.
  • Foster long-term relationships with system integrators and engineering firms in the oil and gas and industrial automation sectors.
  • Act as the key point of contact for clients, delivering tailored solutions to address their needs.
  • Oversee customer engagements across GCC countries, building strong partnerships for repeat business.
  • Monitor competitors, identify market trends, and contribute to pricing and business development strategies.
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure project success from proposal to delivery.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of Honeywell’s portfolio, including SCADA systems, modular systems, field instruments, and gas detection systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Automation, or related fields or equivalent experience; or an MBA graduate.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record in industrial automation and the oil and gas markets.
  • Familiarity with Honeywell’s solutions (preferred) and automation technologies to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an asset.
  • Skilled in using Customer Relationship Management tools to track and nurture client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and leadership abilities, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the GCC region.
