Rubina Company, a renowned transportation and logistics leader, is seeking a seasoned and innovative sales manager (shipping) for its Tehran office. The ideal candidate will possess significant work experience and demonstrate exceptional sales creativity.
Responsibilities:
Guide and monitor the sales team to hit sales KPIs and increase gross profit.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
Hold regular meetings with the sales team and motivate them to keep sales KPIs met.
Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory requirements.
Determine shipping methods, routes, or rates for materials to be shipped if necessary
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Requirements:
FIATA certifications.
Knowledge of transportation and logistics practices with a deep understanding of shipping processes from start to finish.
Proven experience as a sales manager in the shipping industry.
Upper-intermediate or advanced level of English.
At least seven years of experience in related fields.
