Rubina Company, a renowned transportation and logistics leader, is seeking a seasoned and innovative sales manager (shipping) for its Tehran office. The ideal candidate will possess significant work experience and demonstrate exceptional sales creativity.
Responsibilities:
- Guide and monitor the sales team to hit sales KPIs and increase gross profit.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
- Hold regular meetings with the sales team and motivate them to keep sales KPIs met.
- Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory requirements.
- Determine shipping methods, routes, or rates for materials to be shipped if necessary
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Requirements:
- FIATA certifications.
- Knowledge of transportation and logistics practices with a deep understanding of shipping processes from start to finish.
- Proven experience as a sales manager in the shipping industry.
- Upper-intermediate or advanced level of English.
- At least seven years of experience in related fields.
