Job Description

Rubina Company, a renowned transportation and logistics leader, is seeking a seasoned and innovative sales manager (shipping) for its Tehran office. The ideal candidate will possess significant work experience and demonstrate exceptional sales creativity.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide and monitor the sales team to hit sales KPIs and increase gross profit.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
  • Hold regular meetings with the sales team and motivate them to keep sales KPIs met.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory requirements.
  • Determine shipping methods, routes, or rates for materials to be shipped if necessary
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

Requirements:

  • FIATA certifications.
  • Knowledge of transportation and logistics practices with a deep understanding of shipping processes from start to finish.
  • Proven experience as a sales manager in the shipping industry.
  • Upper-intermediate or advanced level of English.
  • At least seven years of experience in related fields.
