Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential clients seeking visa and investment solutions, building strong relationships and exceeding sales targets.
  • Conduct consultations, assess client needs, and recommend tailored visa and investment options aligned with their goals.
  • Meticulously review and verify all client-provided information for accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and In detail check all legal documents related to visa applications.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and colleagues, providing clear and timely communication.
  • Manage all aspects of the visa process for assigned clients, staying current on legal and regulatory changes.
  • Analyze clients' situations and develop tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, fostering trust and maintaining clear communication throughout the engagement.
  • Maintain and update the visa application manual to reflect the latest regulations.
  • Help the marketing department by preparing supporting documents
  • Handle all client interactions professionally, (whether on the telephone or in-person) ensuring fair treatment and sensitivity to diverse backgrounds.
  • Stay current on visa regulations, investment trends, and market developments to provide the best possible advice to clients.

Requirements:

Essential:

  • At least 4 years of experience in immigration law, visa processing, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • In-depth knowledge of visa requirements and related documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for client service (internal and external).
  • Superior organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Fluency in English (upper-intermediate or advanced).
  • Strong attention to detail and guarded work ethic.
  • Positive and helpful attitude.

Preferred:

  • A relevant university degree.
  • Sales and marketing experience.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional and collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in additional languages.
