Manage and supervise the team in the sales development department in all aspects, including assigned tasks, prioritizing tasks, training and motivating the sales team, etc.
Define sales and distribution goals for the country.
Prepare the budget and approve budget expenditures.
Identify new market potential as well as potential customers.
Identify and search for new sales channels and propose new solutions to increase sales levels.
Liaise with distributors to increase their awareness about products to achieve sales targets.
Monitor customer requests.
Regular monthly, weekly, and daily reports from agents and customers.
Communicate with other internal departments such as marketing.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or an MBA graduate.
At least 5 years of positive work experience as a sales manager.
A good command of English is an advantage.
Sales and marketing skills.
High motivation and ability to coordinate between marketing.
Ability to do teamwork and have a positive attitude.
Experience in sales negotiation and dealing with distributors.
Understanding the business: recognize the opportunities and threats in the market and make appropriate decisions in different situations.
