Job Description

A commercial manufacturing company is looking for an experienced sales manager to lead and manage the sales team in Tehran. This role requires someone with strong negotiation skills and experience working in the cosmetics industry.

Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve set goals
- Management and guidance of the sales team in order to increase performance and achieve sales goals
- Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and business partners
- Identifying new sales opportunities and expanding the target market
- Analyzing and reporting on market trends and sales performance

Qualifications:
- Having a degree in fields related to business, commerce or management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Considerable work experience in the cosmetics industry
