Job Description

  • Summarize and prioritize them to plan and meet customer needs.
  • Control the coverage of customer orders and contracts and meet their needs.
  • Propose the price and terms of sale of goods to management and prepare and conclude sales contracts according to the established criteria.
  • Monitor and participate in issuing and completing sales documents and submit them to accounting for necessary action.
  • Monitor and participate in issuing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Monitor customer surveys on quality and after-sales service.
  • Plan and take action to fulfill sales plans.
  • Control the balance of customer claims based on existing documents and take the necessary steps to collect the relevant claims and deposit them into the company's account.
  • Investigate new markets and present new projects to the design and engineering unit to assess the feasibility of supply and production.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Marketing Management, or Business Management.
  • At least eight years of work experience in a related field.
  • Proficient in matters related to drafting contracts.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Familiarity with commercial law.
  • Ability to analyze economic and commercial issues.
