Summarize and prioritize them to plan and meet customer needs.
Control the coverage of customer orders and contracts and meet their needs.
Propose the price and terms of sale of goods to management and prepare and conclude sales contracts according to the established criteria.
Monitor and participate in issuing and completing sales documents and submit them to accounting for necessary action.
Monitor and participate in issuing corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor customer surveys on quality and after-sales service.
Plan and take action to fulfill sales plans.
Control the balance of customer claims based on existing documents and take the necessary steps to collect the relevant claims and deposit them into the company's account.
Investigate new markets and present new projects to the design and engineering unit to assess the feasibility of supply and production.
Requirements:
A degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Marketing Management, or Business Management.
At least eight years of work experience in a related field.
Proficient in matters related to drafting contracts.
Proficient in English.
Familiarity with commercial law.
Ability to analyze economic and commercial issues.
