Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales and marketing plans for medical and cardiac devices.
Manage and lead the sales team to achieve the organization's goals.
Communicate with interventional cardiologists and vascular surgeons.
Monitor market analysis and identify new sales opportunities.
Provide periodic reports to senior management on sales progress and team performance.
Requirements:
At least ten years of experience in sales of cardiovascular devices.
Ability to manage sales teams and strategic planning.
Strong marketing and negotiation skills.
