Ordibehesht Travel Group, a company active in tourism, is looking for a professional, experienced, and result-oriented sales manager to develop its sales team. The selected person will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, market development, managing the sales team, and building sustainable relationships with customers.
Roles:
Design and implement sales strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue goals.
Leading, supervising, and developing the sales team (setting goals, monitoring performance, training).
Identifying new markets and developing business relationships with corporate and retail customers (B2B and B2C).
Working closely with the marketing team to implement sales and advertising campaigns.
Analyzing sales performance, customer behavior and the status of competitors for strategic decisions.
Providing detailed and analytical reports to senior management.
Participating in designing service packages, pricing and discount strategies.
Representing the company at events, exhibitions and key meetings.
Requirements:
Work experience in sales and customer service in the tourism industry.
Fluent in English in correspondence and conversation.
Skills in problem solving and quick decision-making.
Ability to manage time and projects efficiently.
Familiarity with the Iranian and international tourism market.
Experience working with agencies and online intermediaries (OTA).
