We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic sales partner to join our dynamic team at Farabi Financial Group. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving AUM targets
Responsibilities:
Analyzing financial data of companies, such as sales reports, and providing strategic recommendations to attract more assets.
Planning for B2B sales.
Conducting market research to identify opportunities and initiate discussions with the target company to develop strategies to attract customers and capital.
Building relationships with investors and other business partners to generate sales leads and try to convert leads into opportunities by following up and persuading customers.
Marketing and coordinating sales meetings with target customers.
Collaborating in identifying target markets and classifying potential customers.
Introducing and guiding investment and asset management services to target customers.
Marketing by participating in relevant seminars and workshops, establishing a strong communication network, and participating in relevant professional associations.
Performing routine activities related to sales management, such as daily visits, weekly and monthly plans, and annual regional analyses.
Following up on OKRs to achieve sales goals and all sales-related matters.
Providing reliable information to customers within the framework of capital market laws and regulations.
Networking and maintaining effective communications with customers.
Requirements:
At least 4 years of work experience in sales.
Familiarity with capital market concepts.
Familiarity with customer relationship management principles.
Result-oriented with a focus on achieving AUM targets.
Teamwork spirit.
Proficient in specialized sales skills.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to negotiate and persuade.
Familiar with analyzing companies' financial statements.
