Job Description

  • Analyze market data and trends, identify patterns and provide accurate reports.
  • Identify problems, evaluate options and make effective decisions.
  • Prepare short-term and long-term sales forecasts using historical data and market trends.
  • Ensure coordination between demand and inventory.
  • Evaluate and analyze sales performance, identify weaknesses and provide improvement solutions.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with sales teams.
  • Collect, analyze and provide regular reports on sales status and performance to senior managers.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans and coordinate sales resources and goals.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with sales management software, CRM and data analysis tools (Excel).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize tasks to achieve set deadlines.
  • Adapt to market changes and new conditions.
  • Teamwork spirit.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and manage conflicts.
