Job Description

Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals, clinics, and distributors.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.

Account Receivable Management:

  • Monitor and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely payment from clients.
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve any billing issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications with clients.

Order Management:

  • Process and manage orders from clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with the Customer Service team to ensure efficient order fulfillment.

Technical Information and Support:

  • Provide clients with detailed technical information about dental implant products.
  • Assist clients with product selection and usage, addressing any technical questions or concerns.
  • Stay updated on the latest product developments and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the dental or medical device industry.
  • Understanding of dental implant products and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
